Per-seat pricing, AI add-ons, onboarding fees, and consumption credits — what CRMs actually cost once you add it all up.
Every CRM advertises a low entry price. "$25/user/month!" But that number rarely reflects what you'll actually pay. The real cost is a stack of add-ons, and by the time you've assembled what you need, the bill can be 5–10x the headline.
"Starting at" pricing almost always excludes the AI features that made you interested in the first place.
Say you're a 5-person team that wants AI chat, lead scoring and voice calling. On a legacy CRM: $175/seat Enterprise + $550/seat AI add-on = $725/seat, or $3,625/month for five seats — before voice, which may not even be available.
On Redule's Growth plan at $169/seat with everything included: $995/month for the same five seats.
When evaluating any CRM, build a real total: base tier + AI + integrations + onboarding + expected consumption. Ask vendors directly: "What's the all-in monthly cost for everything I just described?" The gap between the sticker price and that number tells you everything.
